Dr. Tamara Roe will meet with you, one-on-one, for an hour long tele-health assessment. After looking into your health history and listening to your case, she will create a personalized treatment plan for you, including nutrition, supplements, labs to order, herbal medicine, and lifestyle recommendations. The goal is to empower you to optimize your own health and wellness, including endocrine health, gut microbiome, and immune health.

Following the appointment you will be sent a treatment plan that includes links to supplement plans specifically for you. Your doctor may also order lab work to be done at a Quest lab location of your choice. Note that supplements and labs orders are an extra fee and vary from individual to individual.

Tamara Roe
(She/Her/Hers) DAcHM, FABORM

Our founder Dr Tamara Roe has been helping people conceive and build their families since 2004. With a Doctorate in Acupuncture and extensive training in integrative gynecology and fertility, Dr Tamara is recognised as an expert in her field. She collaborates with top reproductive endocrinologists in San Diego and has assisted in hundreds of IVF embryo transfers.

In addition, she has been a Fellow of the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine (ABORM) since 2015. ABORM is an international organization pioneering best practices in acupuncture and traditional Chinese reproductive medicine. All ABORM fellows must complete hundreds of hours of study and a rigorous certification exam. Currently, there are only around 350 ABORM fellows worldwide.

Passionate about supporting every woman’s journey to motherhood, Dr Tamara combines acupuncture, herbal medicine, and evidence-based, personalized approaches to optimize fertility outcomes.

Dr. Allison Young DTCM, LAc

Dr. Allison Young is a California and Nationally Board Certified Licensed Acupuncturist and holds a dual Doctorate and Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University. In addition to Acupuncture and TCM, she has studied functional medicine, energy medicine, behavioral health, psychology, yoga and western herbalism. Dr. Allison likes to take an integrative and holistic approach to fertility and women’s health by focusing on the gut-brain axis, hormonal balance, mitochondrial strength, and the mind-body connection. She is an avid believer in the power of natural medicines and the ways in which a meditative and calm mind state can achieve almost any desired health outcome.

Whether you are looking to become a mother, regulate your cycle, manage pain, or improve your overall health, Dr. Allison will use the various modalities from several disciplines to help you achieve your desired health outcomes.
